Time got away from me! Last night I was craving chocolate. I didn&#8217;t make the gelato because it would take too long since I&#8217;d have to chill it completely before placing into the ice cream maker. I had a cake mix in the cupboard so I made these yummy cookies instead. They are quite tasty!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Munchy Chocolate Cookies <\/p>\n<p>Chocolate lovers beware; you won&#8217;t be able to stop after one.<\/p>\n<p>You will need<\/p>\n<p>1 pack Betty Crocker\u00ae Devil&#8217;s Food Cake Mix <br \/>1\/3 cup of vegetable oil <br \/>2 large eggs <br \/>Granulated sugar<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F <br \/>Mix the dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl with a spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain).<br \/>Shape the dough into 1&#8243; balls; roll in the sugar. Place about 4cm (2&#8243;) apart on an un-greased baking sheet.<br \/>Flatten with fork dipped in sugar.<br \/>Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove from the baking sheet to a wire rack to cool.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yummy! <\/p>\n<p>I finished a Love Inspired novel over the weekend entitled <em><strong>Heaven Sent<\/strong><\/em> by Jillian Hart.
