This poor man mentioned in the following scripture &#8211; I have to wonder if he sinned intentionally, or, if he simply forgot the Sabbath:<\/p>\n<p>Numbers 15:32-36<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"en-NIV-4186\" class=\"text Num-15-32\">The Sabbath-Breaker Put to Death<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"text Num-15-32\"><sup class=\"versenum\">32\u00a0<\/sup>While the Israelites were in the wilderness, a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-4187\" class=\"text Num-15-33\"><sup class=\"versenum\">33\u00a0<\/sup>Those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron and the whole assembly,<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-4188\" class=\"text Num-15-34\"><sup class=\"versenum\">34\u00a0<\/sup>and they kept him in custody, because it was not clear what should be done to him.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-4189\" class=\"text Num-15-35\"><sup class=\"versenum\">35\u00a0<\/sup>Then the <span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span> said to Moses, \u201cThe man must die. The whole assembly must stone him outside the camp.\u201d<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-4190\" class=\"text Num-15-36\"><sup class=\"versenum\">36\u00a0<\/sup>So the assembly took him outside the camp and stoned him to death,as the <span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span> commanded Moses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you think? Did this man intentionally sin, or did he simply forget that it was the Sabbath? Such a harsh way of life back then, before Christ came to save us.
