Writers’ Retreat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I attended a writers’ retreat at the Marriott Hotel near Dulles Airport last weekend. I often receive questions from people who would like to write a book. Whenever I’m approached about my writing journey, I always encourage my fellow scribes to seek out a group of writers. Meeting with other writers can be therapeutic and can also provide a wealth of information that can be used as you write your next novel. Here’s some pics from the retreat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blacksmith’s Bride<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m still writing The \u200bBlacksmith’s Bride\u200b<\/a> \u2013 a historical novel set a few years after the Civil War. The Blacksmith\u2019s Bride is the third book in the \u200bRomance Bride Series\u200b<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m enjoying writing \u200bThe Blacksmith’s Bride\u200b<\/a> as each character goes through an emotional journey of change and faith. \u200bPre-order\u200b<\/a> a copy for yourself and a friend!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Country!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember to keep our country in prayer as all\/some of these changes take place! At times, transitions do not run smoothly! Also, remember to pray for all that are suffering in our nation! Be sure to check on your friends and loved ones to be sure they are okay!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
