I mentioned the winter storm that hit the East Coast in last week’s newsletter. The schools in my county were closed all week. As of now, they are on a 2-hour delay for Monday, February 2nd. It’s been so cold that the snow that we got one week ago has not melted at all! Hopefully it will melt soon! I woke up in the middle of the night because of a constant banging on my window! This icicle was hanging by a thread, wildly flapping in the wind!<\/p>\n\n\n\n A second storm came through over the weekend. It didn’t affect Maryland, but, I did see the news and some states received lots of snow! There’s also a cold snap in Florida! 32 degrees in Orlando!
