I read his book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Angelas-Ashes-Frank-McCourt\/dp\/0684874350\/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&#038;s=books&#038;qid=1248260302&#038;sr=8-2\">Angela&#8217;s Ashes<\/a>, years ago. Most of you know that I don&#8217;t read many non-fiction titles, however, Angela&#8217;s Ashes reads like a novel. It&#8217;s a humorous story about a boy growing up poor in Ireland. There is great sadness in the story, too. When people tell me that they want to write a memoir then I always direct them to Angela&#8217;s Ashes.
