I opened my mailbox and received a nice little surprise from Switzerland today&#8230;my royalty statement from Harlequin, and there was a check enclosed! I&#8217;m just surprised that I&#8217;m still receiving royalties from my novel, <a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_l0Jv-SLk81k\/SRD0_7uDJ_I\/AAAAAAAAB0I\/zr8QyRjYMT4\/s1600-h\/firstmatescover2_0001.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 136px; height: 200px;\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_l0Jv-SLk81k\/SRD0_7uDJ_I\/AAAAAAAAB0I\/zr8QyRjYMT4\/s200\/firstmatescover2_0001.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\"id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5264977343595882482\" \/><\/a><br \/><strong>First Mates <\/strong>which was released back in February 2005. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_l0Jv-SLk81k\/SRD1Uxw_cfI\/AAAAAAAAB0Q\/k6JltrVk76A\/s1600-h\/firstmates+hardcover.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 150px; height: 200px;\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_l0Jv-SLk81k\/SRD1Uxw_cfI\/AAAAAAAAB0Q\/k6JltrVk76A\/s200\/firstmates+hardcover.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\"id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5264977701701120498\" \/><\/a>It was re-released as a large print hardcover edition back in July 2006. It appears that I&#8217;m still earning royalties on the hardcover edition.<\/p>\n<p>I started reading the novel, <strong>The Shack<\/strong>, and I recently finished <strong>Dark Pursuit<\/strong> by Brandilyn Collins.
