Why ae most of the movies the same story– different characters? A guy enters a resort area, plans to buy property that upsets the entire town!! Over and over.

Not all of the movies have the storyline with the guy and the resort.
However, there are similarities, like, for the female main character, she usually has a friend/relative urging the female main character to get married.
