    Hi Dawn,
This year we plan to stay home and cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Hopefully any of our children who are available will join us, but being grown with families of their own, this can’t always happen. I’m probably going to try a new turkey recipe, read about it in Real Simple, and is a way to cook the turkey in nearly half the time! “Spatchcocking” it is called, or kind of like butterflied, with a beautiful crispy golden skin. Mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, homemade cranberry sauce, some type of stuffing, maybe homemade rolls. For dessert – apple-almond tart, a tradition for maybe 10+ years, and pumpkin-praline pie which is really pumpkin pie with a cheesecake layer, & the praline crunchiness on top. Yum! Happy Thanksgiving to you & YOUR family, from ours! (Come see us!)
