This is just sad. I grew up in Baltimore and only just now am hearing about the Baltimore Book Festival! Is it a new thing? How did I miss it?! 🙂 Great blog, Cecelia!

Hi, Stephanie! I was talking to some people during the festival and they have this event every year, maybe for the last fifteen years, give or take? I had a nice time, even though there weren’t a lot of people at the booth to listen to my reading. They even had an author lounge and they gave us refreshments before escorting us to our booths. It was a nice setup, but I doubt the vendors made a lot of money? But, I could be wrong about that. The event was pretty big, and you’d need at least an hour, maybe more, to walk through the entire grounds of the event.
